My Story
I am a married mom of 2 boys and 1 daughter (well, the daughter is canine, but they all know she is my favorite.) I began my Scentsy journey in 2011. I was a candle-aholic. Clean Cotton by Yankee Candle was my poison. After having a basket party of my own, I fell in love with Scentsy and realized how easy it would be to sell it myself. I have now donated all my candles and my house is filled with Scentsy warmers. They smell better, last longer & don't leave a haze over my house if I leave them on for more than 3 hours. Since there is no wick, there is no flame or chance of fire, which is very important to me.

What was my initial reason for joining? It started out as just having such love for the product. I really didn't join for the money. I had friends, I could get out of the house if I wanted to. I joined because I really liked the stuff and loved telling people about it. I was excited. I believed in it and knew I could make others believe in it too.
My "Why" isn't the story here, it's my journey since the day I signed up as a consultant. My journey has taken me places I never thought I would go. It has opened my heart to people that were strangers - strangers that became lifelong friends within minutes. I've made bonds with people that some will never understand. If not for this leap of faith, I would have never met them. I have a security and belief in myself that I didn't have 5 years ago. Although I am entering into my 6th year with this fantastic company, I feel as though I have only just begun.
